About ST35 Red/Black Sabo

ST35 is the red/black Sabo starter deck. It came out in English on 31 July 2026, one of six new starter decks that day. It is a midrange deck: get a big Character on the field and Sabo pushes your Leader and every Character up.

The Leader is Sabo OP13-004 with new art. Around him are five new cards (Hack, Lindbergh, Karasu, Koala and Bartholomew Kuma) and reprints like Dragon, Ivankov, Inazuma and the Sabo promo P-105. Koala and Kuma are the two Super Rares, and both count as cost 8 on the field, which is exactly what Sabo wants.

Every box has the 51-card deck, 10 DON!! and one OP16 The Time of Battle pack. Open the pack, add what fits, and the deck is yours to build on.

Who is the ST35 Leader?

Sabo OP13-004, with new art. With 1 DON!! attached and a Character with a cost of 8 or more on your field, your Leader and all your Characters get +1000 power. While you have 4 or more Life cards, he gets −1000 power.

How many new cards are in ST35?

Five: Hack, Lindbergh, Karasu, Koala and Bartholomew Kuma (ST35-001 to ST35-005). The other ten cards are reprints from OP12, OP13 and promo P-105, and the Leader is a reprint with new art.
