About ST33 Blue Kuzan

ST33 is the blue Kuzan starter deck. It came out in English on 31 July 2026, one of six new starter decks that day. It is a control deck: trash cards from your hand with Navy effects, draw them right back, and keep the board under control.

The Leader is Kuzan OP12-040 with new art. Around him are five new cards (Koby, Sakazuki, Smoker, Borsalino and Garp) and Navy reprints like Sengoku, Zephyr and Jaguar.D.Saul. That puts Kuzan, Sakazuki and Borsalino in one deck. Borsalino and Garp are the two Super Rares.

Every box has the 51-card deck, 10 DON!! and one OP16 The Time of Battle pack. Open the pack, add what fits, and the deck is yours to build on.

Kuzan OP12-040, with new art. When one of your Navy cards makes you trash cards from your hand, you draw the same number of cards back.

How many new cards are in ST33?

Five: Koby, Sakazuki, Smoker, Borsalino and Monkey.D.Garp (ST33-001 to ST33-005). The other ten cards are reprints from OP12 and EB04, and the Leader is a reprint with new art.
