About the set

About ST31 Red Monkey.D.Luffy

ST31 is the red Luffy starter deck. It came out in English on 31 July 2026, one of six new starter decks that day, and it plays fast: load your Characters up with DON!! and keep attacking.

The Leader is Monkey.D.Luffy ST21-001, the same card and art as in ST21. Around him are five new cards (Sanji, Jinbe, Brook, a Luffy Character and the Thousand Sunny) and reprints like Usopp, Robin, Franky and Zoro. That puts all ten Straw Hats in one deck. Sanji and Luffy are the two Super Rares, and Nami OP01-016 comes with new art.

Every box has the 51-card deck, 10 DON!! and one OP16 The Time of Battle pack. Open the pack, add what fits, and the deck is yours to build on.
