ST23 is the red Shanks starter deck. It came out in English on 6 June 2025, one of six new starter decks that day.

The Leader is Shanks OP09-001 with new art. Around him are five new cards (Uta, Shanks, Benn.Beckman, Luffy and Yasopp) and the Red-Haired Pirates from OP09: Lucky.Roux, Limejuice, Hongo, Rockstar and more. Uta and Shanks are the two Super Rares.

Every box has the 51-card deck, 10 DON!!, a playsheet and one OP11 A Fist of Divine Speed pack. If Shanks is your guy, this is the easy way in.

Shanks OP09-001, with new art. Once per turn, when your opponent attacks, he can give one of your opponent's Leader or Character cards 1000 less power for the turn.

How many new cards are in ST23?

Five: Uta, Shanks, Benn.Beckman, Monkey.D.Luffy and Yasopp (ST23-001 to ST23-005). The other nine cards are reprints from OP09, and the Leader is OP09-001 with new art.
