ST21 is Starter Deck EX Gear5, the bigger kind of starter deck. It came out in English on 14 March 2025, with a bonus pack and 70 sleeves on top of the deck.

The Leader is Monkey.D.Luffy ST21-001 in Gear 5. Every card in the deck is new: the Straw Hats, Egghead faces like Vegapunk, Stussy and Sentomaru, and two Gum-Gum Events. Luffy ST21-014 and Zoro ST21-015 are the two Super Rares.

Every box has the 51-card deck, 10 DON!!, 70 sleeves, a playsheet and one bonus pack with 3 special prints. The deck is red and aggressive: it moves DON!! onto your attackers and keeps swinging.

How many new cards are in ST21?

All of them. The 17 cards in the deck (ST21-001 to ST21-017) are new, Leader included. The bonus pack adds special prints of these cards.
